Al's Pizza Chicago

It's a shame because their food is good but don't trust they got your order right! Ordered 2 pizza's both no cheese and received one without cheese and one with cheese. When we called to have them fix the problem they offered to send out a correct one to trade with the incorrect one but didn't offer to compensate us for the mistake at all! not even a small credit or free item. Not only that but the delivery of that replacement pizza took over an hour! You'd think they would make a special delivery run to get it out to us as quick as possible but nope with the time it took they had to have just gone about their normal delivery routine! This isn't the first time this has happened either so this will be the last order from them.

Food arrived on time. First time ordering from here ordered meat lovers pizza and Italian sub . Was hesitant to order the meat lovers pizza because I couldn't see how all the flavors would mesh but wanted to be adventurous. So glad I did! Pepperoni had the perfect amount of crisp and the beef somehow stayed juicy while the sausage gave it depth. I recommend ordering it on an empty stomach because It's kinda heavy and filling. The sub was great there was a lot of onion but since they were thinly sliced it didn't over power the sandwich. Would definitely order from here again, great find.

I ordered the king pizza on the day of the super bowl. I had tried it before because someone ordered it at my job. However, I was giving it second thought since some people didnt leave good reviews and I was about three miles away and thought it would get here cold, and well, it was super bowl Sunday! Boy was I wrong! Food was great. It was not cold! And it was fast! It was not a bad a experience at all. Would definitely recommend this to others!

Everything in our order was correct...I had Al's Kickin' Chicken sandwich & it was tasty! The rest of the family had the breaded steak sandwich, chicken parm, and a burger. All were really good and came with TONS of fries. Grubhub delivery guy was very friendly and came in under an hour which I appreciated since the estimate was 70-80 mins (too long, glad it was a lot quicker!)

Have ordered here a handful of times, all pick up (I live a block over) and they've always been ready with my food and even thanked my fiance for coming in to pick up one day they were down a driver (nice touch).

Their salads are huge and delicious, the chicken is great, their pizza and stromboli are fantastic here.
